Kynynmont Cooper O’Grady is a 2008, 14.3h ACPS Connemara Premium Stallion by *Gunsmoke and out of Kynynmont Moira (Ballywhim Sterling Moss). Cooper’s performance record is glowing and he is the 2023 An Tostal Performance Award Winner. His size, character, and unique coloring (Pam always called it “buckskin with a chocolate overlay”!) make this attractive stallion a true show stopper.
This is a rare opportunity to purchase an outstanding breeding stallion and performance horse! Although not recently offered for outside breeding, Kynynmont Cooper O’Grady is an excellent producer and would surely be in high demand! His outstanding pedigree and trainability is apparent in his wonderful offspring and he would be an asset to any breeding program. Cooper is a very dynamic stallion and produces equally excellent Purebred and Halfbreds.
He is a pleasure to ride and train. Well seasoned through Intermediate I and schooling Grand Prix, Cooper truly could be the horse of a lifetime for a Breeder who is looking to elevate their breeding program and earn their dressage medals! Cooper has an excellent show record (USDF 1092582), consistently scoring in the mid to high sixties at Prix St. George and Intermediate I! Cooper’s flying changes and extended trot are equally expressive, it’s easy for him to sit in the canter pirouettes, and his piaffe and passage are developing nicely! In the right program he could be finished to Grand Prix!
