Lauren Knopp is a 24 year old professional dressage rider based at IDA Farm, her family’s boarding facility located in the heart of Wellington, Florida. A successful competitor with many wins, Lauren’s most notable were in 2009 where she was National Junior Reserve Champion at Gladstone and individual silver medalist at NAJYRC with her horse Rho Dance. In 2011 she received her USDF Silver Medal. In 2013, after taking time from riding to finish school, she received her USDF Gold Medal along with a third place finish in the Brentina Cup division.

With two new arrivals to Lauren Knopp Dressage - Samoa, a coming 5 year old Oldenburg and De Gregory, a coming 9 year old Oldenburg — Lauren plans to continue her winning ways in the young horse classes. Her future goal, to earn the opportunity to represent her country internationally.

Lauren Knopp Dressage: our main goal is the creation of harmony between horse and rider, as well as correct dressage training. Lauren believes that having not only correct basics, but also a positive relationship with your horse are the most important aspects in the sport of Dressage.
